A gentle online space to calm your nervous system, soften your body, and return to yourself.

The Virtual Yin + Rest Studio is guided by me, Angela Manzer — ERYT200, RYT500, YACEP, and a teacher specializing in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and somatic nervous system practices.

This space was created to support nervous system regulation through slow, intentional practice.

Classes include gentle flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and steady, grounding movement. Some sessions are entirely floor-based and restorative. Others include slow, mindful transitions designed to build strength without urgency.

Every class is unhurried, accessible, and centered around regulation rather than intensity.

You’re invited to join live or practice with the replay whenever it fits your day.

This is a space for consistency without pressure.

Come when you can. Rest when you need.

Who This Studio Is For

The Virtual Yin + Rest Studio is for you if:

This is a space for anyone who wants to reset their nervous system, move with care, and feel more at home in their body.

No previous experience is required.

All practices are adaptable.

Live Class Schedule

Live classes are offered throughout the week, with both daytime and evening options.

Daytime Classes:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

9:30 AM PST

Evening Class:
Sundays and Mondays

7 PM PST

Each class is 60 minutes and includes 48 hour replay access.

The Chakras & Nervous System Reset

An 8-week online journey exploring the chakras through breathwork, gentle asana, and Yoga Nidra. Each session blends subtle body teaching with regulating movement and deep rest to help you calm your nervous system, feel grounded, and reconnect with your body.

There’s no expectation to show up perfectly or consistently. This space is here to meet you where you are — whether that’s on the mat live, watching a replay later, or simply resting when you need to.
