About This Class

A fully guided practice of deep rest for the nervous system.

You’ll be led through breath awareness, body sensing, and visualization while resting comfortably. This practice helps release accumulated stress, improve sleep, and reset the body before the week begins.

No movement. Just rest.

Come as you are.

What You’ll Need

  • Yoga mat

  • Pillows, blankets, or bolsters

  • Comfortable clothing, eye pillow

  • A quiet, cozy space

How to Join

Once you register, you’ll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.

Cameras are optional.
No prior experience is required.
You’re welcome to rest at any time.
