This class blends traditional yoga postures with mindful core activation to help you feel grounded, strong, and centered. Expect flowing sequences, deep stretches, and intentional breathwork, with a few “Pilates-inspired” movements to strengthen the abdominals, back, and glutes. The balance of yoga and core work supports stability, posture, and energy, leaving you open yet steady—both on and off the mat.
