Meet Leigh


Hi, I’m Leigh — founder of Agàpē Studios.

I’m a Lightworker, energy healer, intuitive guide, and sacred artist, here to support you on your path of clarity, healing, and transformation.

My journey has been one of deep remembrance — through spiritual awakening, personal healing, and a return to inner truth. I now hold space for others to do the same, offering tarot card readings, energy mentorship, and soul-centered coaching that’s grounded, compassionate, and heart-led.

In addition to my intuitive work, I create hand-cut sacred geometry artwork using intricate wooden designs inspired by ancient symbolism, divine patterns, and the energetic language of the soul. Each piece is made with intention and reverence, serving as a visual meditation and spiritual anchor.

Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditative practice that brings you into a deep state of rest and awareness. Often called yogic sleep, it gently guides you through the layers of your being to support relaxation, clarity, and inner stillness.

You remain comfortably lying down while being led through breath, body sensing, visualization, and deep rest techniques that shift the mind into a calm, spacious state. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone and requires no physical movement.

You will be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and allow your body to soften while I guide you through the layers of consciousness. Many people drift into a dreamy, liminal state where the mind quiets and the body lets go.

You may experience:

• a sense of floating or heaviness

• profound rest similar to a full sleep cycle

You remain aware the whole time, held in a safe, supportive container.
