About This Class
A slow, supportive morning flow designed to wake up the body without stress or strain.
You’ll move through simple, grounding postures linked with breath to ease stiffness, improve circulation, and help the nervous system settle into the day with calm and clarity.
This is not a workout. This is a gentle way to start your morning feeling more at home in your body.
Suitable for all levels.
