About This Class
A quiet, floor-based yin practice for deep release and stillness.
Postures are held for time to gently open the hips, spine, and connective tissue while encouraging the nervous system to downshift into rest mode.
This class is ideal for stress relief, improved mobility, and preparing the body for deep sleep.
