An 8-Week Online Journey through the Body & Nervous System
Saturdays · 11 AM –12:30 PM PST
March 21 – May 9, 2026
This 8-week online journey weaves together subtle body teaching, breathwork, gentle asana, and Yoga Nidra to explore each chakra through the lens of the nervous system.
Each week we focus on one chakra and the region of the body it lives in. You’ll learn how it influences your emotions, stress patterns, energy levels, and sense of safety. Then we bring that understanding into the body through regulating movement, conscious breath, and deep guided rest.
This is not a yin class.
This is not a workout.
This is a weekly breath, movement, and deep rest practice that helps you feel calm, grounded, and more at home in yourself.
Every session follows a steady, soothing rhythm:
Short teaching to understand the chakra and how it shows up in daily life
Prāṇāyāma (breathwork) for that energy centre
Gentle, Akhanda-inspired asana to regulate the body
A few longer supported shapes to soften
A chakra-themed Yoga Nidra for deep integration
By the end of the 8 weeks, you will understand:
why certain emotions live in certain parts of the body
how breath, movement, and rest work together to regulate your system
how to support yourself when you feel anxious, exhausted, or overwhelmed
how the chakras function as a whole, integrated system
This series is perfect for anyone who:
feels stressed, wired, or emotionally drained
wants to feel more grounded and calm
is curious about chakras in a practical, embodied way
loves gentle movement and deep rest
wants more than just a yoga class
