Studio Policies

To help classes, sessions, and events run smoothly for everyone, please review the following policies before registering. These guidelines support a respectful and sustainable community space for all students.

By registering for classes, memberships, private sessions, or events, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Policies may be updated occasionally as the community grows.

Class Registration & Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please cancel your reservation as early as possible so your spot can be offered to another student.

Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your class pass or membership.

Class Pass Expiry

Class passes are designed to support a consistent and sustainable practice.

5-Class Pass expires 3 months from the date of purchase

10-Class Pass expires 3 months from the date of purchase and offers the best value for students practicing regularly.

If a class pass expires with unused classes remaining, those classes may be transferred to a new class pass of equal or greater value when purchased.

Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of the pass expiration.

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals.

Membership Policies

Memberships provide consistent access to classes at a reduced rate while supporting the sustainability of this small community offering.

Pausing Your Membership

Members may pause their membership for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

Pause requests must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing date.

Billing will automatically resume once the pause period ends. Unused pause time does not roll over to the following year.

Cancelling Your Membership

Memberships may be cancelled with 14 days notice before the next billing date.

If notice is received after this time, the next billing cycle may still process before cancellation takes effect.

Members are always welcome to rejoin in the future at the current membership rate.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To request a pause or cancellation, please send a message or email and I will take care of it for you.

Private Sessions & One-on-One Appointments

Private sessions require reserved time and preparation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or issued a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshops, sound baths, and special events often have limited space.

Because these events require advance preparation and planning, registrations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend by contacting me in advance.

Community Respect

This space is intended to be welcoming, supportive, and respectful for all participants.

Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and honor the shared atmosphere of the class.
