Single consultations can be booked directly through the scheduler and are paid for at the time of booking.
If you are enrolling in a 30-Day, 3-Month, or 6-Month program, you will first purchase the program package. Once purchased, the sessions included in your package will appear as credits in your account and can then be used to schedule your appointments through the booking calendar.
A nutrition intake form must be completed at least 48 hours before your first consultation so your session can be personalized.
All consultations are currently offered online via Zoom.

Absolutely not. I don’t believe in strict rules or diet culture. My approach is flexible, supportive, and intuitive. We’ll focus on what works for you, physically, emotionally, and practically. Food should feel nourishing, not stressful.
Some extended health benefit plans in Canada may cover services from a Certified Holistic Nutritionist™. I recommend checking directly with your provider. I do not currently direct bill, but receipts are provided for all services.
