If you’re new to my classes, this is the perfect place to begin.

Enjoy 2 weeks of unlimited yoga at the Lighthouse Community Centre. Come to as many classes as you’d like, explore different styles, and experience the space at your own pace.

This is your time to settle in, meet the community, and see what feels right for your body and nervous system.

• Unlimited Lighthouse classes for 14 days
