About This Class
A therapeutic, unhurried flow focused on releasing tension patterns and calming the stress response.
Expect slow transitions, supported shapes, and intentional breathing to help unwind tight hips, back, shoulders, and jaw. This class is especially supportive for anyone experiencing stress, fatigue, or anxiety.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, softer, and more regulated.
