Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle technique that helps release tightness and tension in the body's fascia -- the thin web of connective tissues that surrounds your muscles, bones and organs. Using massage balls, blocks and long held Yin floor postures, you'll gently unwind tension in your connective tissue, helping to improve mobility, reduce tightness, and increase circulation.
Ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, recovery support, or simply a quiet, meditative experience. All levels welcome.
