About This Class
End your day by gently releasing the body and settling the nervous system.
This class begins with long-held yin shapes to soften the hips, low back, and shoulders where we unconsciously hold stress. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra to allow the body and mind to fully exhale.
Perfect for anyone who feels wired, tired, sore, or overwhelmed at the end of the day.
No experience needed. Mostly floor-based. Deep rest encouraged.
