Monthly Sound Bath at Lighthouse Community Center

Join Angela & Leigh for a soothing 90-minute sound bath designed to help you unwind, reset, and return to inner stillness.

This meditative experience blends gentle guided relaxation with the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft soundscapes to promote deep rest, stress relief, and overall well-being.

All are welcome and no previous experience is needed.
