There is a quiet belief that many of us carry.
When I finally have everything figured out…
Then I’ll begin.
Then I’ll rest.
Then I’ll trust myself.
Then I’ll feel at peace.
But life has a funny way of reminding us that certainty is always just beyond the horizon.
There is always another decision to make.
Another unknown.
Another chapter waiting to unfold.
If we spend our lives waiting until everything feels certain, we may spend our lives waiting.
Nature doesn’t wait.
A seed doesn’t know exactly how the season will unfold.
It simply begins.
The tide doesn’t ask whether it’s the perfect time to return to shore.
It moves because that is its rhythm.
The sunrise doesn’t wait until the sky is completely clear.
It rises anyway.
Perhaps we were never meant to know the whole path.
Perhaps we were only meant to trust the next step.
There is freedom in admitting,
“I don’t know what’s coming.”
Not because uncertainty feels comfortable.
But because it allows us to stop carrying the impossible responsibility of predicting the future.

The next right step rarely appears all at once.
It often reveals itself while we’re already moving.
One conversation.
One breath.
One small act of courage.
One quiet yes.
The pressure to have life completely figured out can become so loud that we miss the life unfolding right in front of us.
Maybe you don’t need a perfect plan today.
Maybe you simply need enough courage for this moment.
Enough kindness for yourself.
Enough trust to take one small step.
The rest will meet you along the way.
This week, notice where you’ve been waiting until you feel ready.
Then ask yourself,
“What if I simply began with what I have today?”
You may discover that clarity isn’t something you find before you begin.
Sometimes it arrives because you began.

With love,
Angela
